Pioneer Technologies, Inc. is a Product Design consulting company of experienced design engineers with an average experience of 20 years, and offers consulting services in the areas of Metal, as well as Plastics products.   Our range of service is in the Engineering, Design, Analysis, Mold Flow Analysis, Prototype, Mold and Die Design, and Mold Making, Steel Structures, Automobile Power Transmission components, Agricultural implements,  Gear Trains etc.  

We also provide Expert Witness Services for cases involving product failures, product design liability, and patent-related issues.

Our typical  customer is an OEM; an inventor; a custom manufacturer;  one who needs specialist assistance; one  who needs to upgrade or optimize a 'legacy' design; one who needs to resolve a field failure analysis; a lawyer or lawyer's client who needs a technical opinion.  Typically, our final work product is a detailed product idea resulting from modeling and analysis, that is ready to go into production.
